First-Years' Limited Edition Shirt FAQ
Q: How do I register for the First-Years' Limited Edition Shirt?
A: Registration is conducted online. Starting from 2:00 PM on August 18 (Monday), please fill out the designated Google Form. Once fully booked, the form will be closed. Before registering, please prepare a proof of enrollment (such as your NTU admission letter or a screenshot of your myNTU login page showing your full name). Only image files (JPG, PNG, etc.) or PDF files under 1MB are accepted. Please compress the file before uploading if it exceeds the size limit.
Q: Who is eligible to receive the First-Years' Limited Edition Shirt?
A: All students newly admitted in the 114 academic year are eligible, including those with student ID numbers beginning with B14, R14, D14, P14, J14, F14, or Q14, as well as students admitted via early admission programs.
Q: How many shirts can each person receive?
A: Each student may only receive one shirt. Duplicate registrations will result in disqualification.
Q: Can transfer or returning students receive a shirt?
A:
-Transfer students: Yes. Please upload your NTU admission letter or a screenshot of your myNTU login page as proof of identity in the registration form.
-Returning students: Only those who are resuming their studies in the first year after deferral are eligible. Please upload proof of reinstatement or a screenshot of your myNTU login page as identity verification.
Q: When and where can I collect the shirt?
A:
-First round of pickup: August 26 (Tue) to August 29 (Fri), 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily, at Classroom 101, General Building (普通教學館).
-Second round of pickup: August 31 (Sun), 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM, at Room 201, Sports Center (新體育館). Please access Room 201 from the outside stairway next to the Opening Convocation entrance.
Q: Why are some sizes unavailable on the form?
A: All sizes are provided in limited quantities. Once a size is fully booked, it will no longer be selectable on the form.
Q: I’ve already registered, but I want to change my pickup time or location. What should I do?
A: No need to update your registration. You may come to any available pickup time. If you fail to collect your shirt by 1:30 PM on August 31, your reservation will be forfeited. No further distribution or reservation will be available.
Q: Can I exchange the size after registration?
A: Sorry, due to limited stock, size changes are not allowed. Please double-check your selection before submitting the form.
Q: I noticed that I entered incorrect personal information—can I edit it?
A: Since the form can only be submitted once, no modifications are allowed to ensure fairness. If your registration was successful, your shirt will be reserved. Please present correct personal information during pickup for verification. Note that shirt size cannot be changed (as stated above).
Q: I want someone to collect the shirt on my behalf. What should I prepare?
A: The student must first complete online registration. Then, please fill out an Authorization Letter (must be signed by both the student and the agent; e-signatures are accepted, typed names are not). On the day of pickup, the proxy must present the confirmation email (or a screenshot) and submit a printed copy of the Authorization Letter. After verification, the shirt can be collected.
Q: Do I need to wear the First-Years' Limited Edition Shirt on the day of the Opening Convocation (Aug. 31)? What if I didn’t get one?
A: Wearing the shirt is not mandatory. However, the special seating on the 3rd floor is reserved for students wearing the First-Years' Limited Edition Shirt. For more details, please visit the Opening Convocation event page:

Students and family members who are not wearing the shirt may still be seated on the 4th-floor general viewing area or the 1st-floor live broadcast zone.
