New Student Limited Edition T-shirt FAQ
Q: How do I register for the New Student Limited Edition T-shirt ?
A: Via online registration.
Please fill out the Google Form through the link provided in the Student Activity Division's pinned announcement during the open registration period.
The form will automatically close once the quota is reached.
Due to limited availability and to save your precious time, we recommend logging into your Google account in advance and preparing your "Proof of Identity"—[a screenshot of your 115th Academic Year Admission Notice or your myNTU login page] (your name must be clearly visible)for upload.
The file format is limited to image files (JPG, PNG, etc.) or PDF files, and the file size must be under 1MB. If your file is too large, please compress it before uploading.
Q: What are the qualifications for receiving T-shirt?
A: First-Years entering in the 115 academic year (2026)
Including those whose student IDs start with B15, R15, D15, P15, J15, F15, Q15, or who admitted through early admission and other channels.
Excludes student IDs start with E、T、A、C、H、K、N.
Q: How many T-shirts can I receive?
A: Limit of 1 per person. Those who register multiple times will be disqualified upon verification.
Q: What are the pick-up times and locations?
A: 1. Before the Opening Ceremony
August 31, 2026 (Mon) to September 3 (Thu) | 09:00 – 16:00
September 4, 2026 (Fri) | 09:00 – 15:00
Note: Pick-up on Friday is only until 3:00 PM!
Location: Room 103, 1st Student Activity Center.
2. On the day of the Opening Ceremony
September 6, 2026 (Sun) | 10:00 – 13:30
Note: Pick-up on the day of the Opening Ceremony is only until 1:30 PM!
Location: Room 201, Sports Center.
(Please enter through the outer doors of Room 201 via the outdoor stairs at the Opening Ceremony venue).
[Regarding T-shirt Sizes and Registration]
Q: Why are some sizes unavailable to select on the form?
A: All T-shirt sizes are offered inlimited quantities.
Once a size is out of stock, it cannot be registered for (the size option will be hidden).
Please choose from the remaining available sizes.
Q: I have completed my registration, but I want to change my pick-up time and location. What should I do?
A: If you need to change your pick-up time and location, there is no need to call us to request a change.
Please directly come to pick it up during any other available pick-up time.
※ However, if you have not picked it up by 13:00 on the day of the Opening Ceremony (9/6), the pick-up period will close and it will be considered forfeited. We cannot reserve it for you. Thank you for your understanding.
Q: Can I change the size after registering?
A: No! All T-shirt sizes are provided in limited quantities.
We do not offer size exchange services. Please double-check before making your selection.
Q: I have finished registering but found that the personal information I entered is incorrect. Can I change it?
A: Because the form can only be filled out once, we cannot make modifications to ensure fairness. Once you have registered, a T-shirt will be reserved for you. Please provide your correct information on-site during pick-up for verification. If you selected the wrong size, it cannot be changed (see the previous question).
[Regarding Pick-up]
Q: I want to ask a family member or friend to pick up the T-shirt on my behalf. What documents do I need to fill out and what is the process?
A:
- The New Student must first complete the online registration process and fill out the "Authorization Form for Pick-up" (Must be signed by both the freshman and the representative; electronic signatures are allowed, but typing your name is not).
- On the day of pick-up, pleasw present the unified pick-up notification email and the Authorization Form (must be submitted as a printed hard copy). The T-shirt can be picked up after identity verification is complete.
Q: Do I have to wear the New Student Limited Edition T-shirt to the Opening Ceremony? What if I didn't get one?
A: You do not necessarily have to wear the New Student Limited Edition T-shirt to the Opening Ceremony.
However, the limited New Students Exclusive Seating on the 3rd floor is only open to New Students wearing the T-shirt.
Parents and new students not wearing the New Student Limited Edition T-shirt can sit with family and friends in the 4th-floor observation seating or the 1st-floor broadcast area.

Q: Can transfer students, readmitted students, and early admission students receive the New Student Limited Edition T-shirt?
A:
- Transfer students: Yes, please upload your NTU admission notice in the registration form as proof of identity.
- Readmitted students: Only readmitted students who retained their admission status in their first year are eligible. Please upload your NTU proof of retained admission status in the registration form as proof of identity.
- Early admission: Yes, please provide your early admission notice as proof of identity.

Additional Note:
After you submit your registration, the Google Form system will automatically send you a confirmation email of your submission due to its default settings, regardless of whether your information is correct or complete.
However, this email is NOT the official confirmation email required for collecting your T-shirt!!
Afterward, our staff will manually review your data in the backend to verify if it is filled out correctly and to check for any duplicate submissions.
For students whose information is verified and who submitted the form while their requested size was still in stock, the university will send an official pick-up notification email after the first round of registration closes.
This notification email is the one you must present when collecting your T-shirt.
Because the review process is done manually, it may take a little time. Please be patient. We will ensure all reviews are completed and the emails are sent out before the second round of registration begins.
During distribution week, the coordinator will be moving between locations. For non-urgent inquiries, please send an email, and she will respond as soon as possible
